Refund policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however we cannot refund money for cancellations. Since we remit money to fulfillment houses and publishers for those orders and cannot get it back after the order is placed, we are unable to refund the subscription. If, however, there is a problem with your order (like a magazine subscription not starting within 4 months*), we will gladly refund or credit your subscription cost.

*Due to differing rules Correctional Facilities have on allowing magazine subscriptions, we cannot guarantee delivery of subscriptions to them. No refunds will be given for undeliverable subscriptions to Correctional Facilities.
